Mentoring for Women

In-house programme, developed in response to the RICS ‘women in surveying’ report published in July 2023 which highlighted the poor intake and retention of women in the industry, the EDGE mentoring programme seeks to attract women into the industry and nurture their development by ensuring an inclusive and positive workplace.

Women tend to face unique challenges in the workplace that can impact their confidence and self-efficacy. The aim of the mentoring programme is to assist the women at EDGE to overcome those challenges by providing support and encouragement as they navigate their careers. It will also act to identify any potential or perceived barriers facing female employees, which the mentoring leads can address and escalate as required.

Format/Delivery: 6 Months of In-person or virtual, 1 hour, 1 to 1 sessions
